'Our Mission Involves Exclusively Executing' - The Way The Sudanese Vicious Paramilitary Group Conducted a Mass Killing

Fighters chuckle as they move on the back of a pick-up truck, hurrying by a series of several dead bodies and driving facing the sinking Sudan's sunset.
"Observe this extensive work. See this act of mass destruction," a combatant shouts.
He grins as he points the video equipment on himself and his companion combatants, their RSF insignia visible: "The victims will all perish in this manner."
These individuals are rejoicing over a mass killing that relief organizations suspect killed more than two thousand individuals in the Sudan's urban center of al-Fashir in recent weeks.
A Community Cut Off from the Outside
After maintaining the city under encirclement for nearly an extended period, from late summer the paramilitary force advanced to strengthen its control and blockade the surviving civilian population.
Satellite images show that troops started to erect a immense earth barrier - a built-up dirt embankment - around the boundaries of al-Fashir, closing roads and halting aid.
During the encirclement worsened, multiple civilians were murdered in an militia assault on a mosque on 19 September, while the UN reported dozens additional were killed in aerial and heavy weapon attacks on a refugee settlement in October.
Disturbing Video Depicts Unarmed Individuals Gunned Down
At dawn on October 26th the paramilitary force conquered the last military positions and captured the central compound in the urban area, the main facility of the 6th Infantry Division, as the government forces retreated.

Simultaneously, the RSF and affiliated online profiles started trying to reshape the account.
Content depicting its militiamen handing out supplies to residents were disseminated by some individuals, while the paramilitary's public relations unit published several recordings purporting to display the proper treatment of government prisoners of war.
Despite the online effort being used by the militia, their actions in al-Fashir have generated worldwide outrage.
